1 whole Beef Brisket (10 - 12 lb.), trimmed as desired
2 cups Robert Rothschild Farm Anna Mae’s Smoky Sweet BBQ Sauce
Kosher salt and pepper, to taste
Rinse brisket and pat dry. Rub salt and pepper all over brisket. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 225 degrees F. Place brisket on center rack, fat side up, and place a drip pan underneath. Cook until internal temperature is 140 – 150 degrees F. 185 – 190 degrees F. Let brisket rest for 45 minutes. Slice brisket and pour on Anna Mae’s Smoky Sweet BBQ Sauce. Serve.
