These Reuben Waffle Fries are perfect for St. Patrick’s Day, game day or any day when comfort food is what you are craving. Crispy waffle fries are layered with sauerkraut, corned beef, ketchup, relish and our Toasted Garlic Horseradish Dip and covered in a thick layer of shredded Swiss cheese.

22 ounces frozen waffle fries
8 ounces sauerkraut, drained
1 cup deli sliced corned beef, cut into 1" cubes
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons relish
1/4 cup Robert Rothschild Farm Toasted Garlic Horseradish Dip
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Prepare waffle fries according to package directions. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Layer waffle fries in the bottom and up sides of cast iron skillet. Top with sauerkraut and corned beef. In a small bowl, stir together ketchup and relish and drizzle over corned beef. Drizzle Toasted Garlic Horseradish Dip over corned beef. Top with shredded cheese. Bake for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
