4 Chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1 3/4 cups Robert Rothschild Farm Raspberry Chipotle Sauce
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Heat a small of oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 5 minutes on each side or until done. Pour Raspberry Chipotle Sauce over chicken and let simmer 5 – 10 minutes. Serve with vegetables, mashed potatoes or rice.
