Ingredients: Unrefined sea salt garlic lemon peel orange peel lime juice powder lemon juice powder lime peel onion cumin black pepper cilantro
3 ripe avacados halved seeded and peeled
1 small ripe plum tomato seeded and finely chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
3 TBS fresh cilantro chopped
1-2 tsp s.a.l.t. sisters Mojo Seasoning to taste
Juice of 1 lime
Place the avacados in a bowl and mash with a fork or potato masher. Stir remaining ingredients into the avacado. Taste adding more Mojo Seasoning or lime juice as necessary. Let sit at room temperature for up to 1 hour to allow the flavors to blend then serve with toasted or grilled bread or tortilla chips.
