1 Rotisserie chicken
4 stalks Celery, diced
1 jar Robert Rothschild Farm Lemon Dill & Capers Sauce
1 head Leaf lettuce
8 slices Bread, white or wheat
Remove chicken meat from bones and dice. In a large bowl combine chicken, celery and Lemon Dill & Capers Sauce. Place about ¼ of the mixture on a piece of bread, followed by lettuce, and top with remaining bread.
