1 lb fresh asparagus
1 tsp s.a.l.t. sisters Green Bamboo Ka'nani Hawaiian Sea Salt

Preheat the oven to 400Â°. Break off the tough ends of the asparagus and if they're thick peel them. In a large bowl. drizzle the asparagus with EVOO and sprinkle liberally with Green Bamboo Sea Salt and black pepper. Toss until asparagus are well-coated. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25 minutes until tender but still crisp.
